Guyanese Man Killed In Hit & Run Accident In St Kitts

AGuyanese man is the latest road fatality in St Kitts and Nevis.

The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force said Sewdat Pichaya was in the vicinity of Love at First Bite Bar in Basseterre, St Kitts on September 9 when he was struck by a car allegedly driven by Marlin Andres Novas shortly after 11 pm.

Andres Novas, who is a national of the Dominican Republic, fled the scene of the accident.

Police believe he left St Kitts on a go-fast boat to St Maarten.

A wanted bulletin has been issued and the Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force is seeking both the assistance of the public and police in St Maarten to detain Andres Novas.
