Bandit Shot By Police (See More Here)

Emergency Response Officers responded to a robbery in progress at Zone Supermarket Warrenville, Cunupia.  Upon arrival officers observed 2 men acting suspiciously. The suspects dropped 2 black bags and ran. The officers then gave chase during which one if the men fired shots at the officers. The officers returned fire , hitting one of the suspects who as a result sustained injuries. The suspect was taken into custody while the other one escaped.

Officers recovered $7500 in cash, an Air Rifle, an extended 9mm magazine and a black wallet containing cash and a venezuelan ID.
