MAN ROBBED MINUTES AFTER ARRIVING HOME

A 58-year-old man of Mt Hope was robbed minutes after he arrived home on Monday.
Police said the incident occurred around 10.45 am when the victim, who lives at Mendoza Street, Mt Hope Road, drove into his garage.
Seated in the car as he gathered his belongings, the victim was approached by two armed men who robbed him of $700 in cash.
The men then entered a waiting car and escaped.
