WOMAN DIES AFTER JUMPING OFF THIRD-FLOOR BALCONY IN GLENCOE.
A 40-year-old US citizen who jumped off a third-floor balcony on the weekend in Glencoe has died.
Keri Lekesha Kent of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away two hours after she jumped from her mother’s balcony.
Kent and her 35-year-old boyfriend were reportedly spending holidays with her 74-year-old mother at La Horquette Valley Road, Glencoe.
It was reported that between 9 pm and 10 pm on August 13, the three were at home together when they began arguing.
It is alleged the deceased left the bedroom and ran to a balcony on the third floor of the house, following which she jumped.
Kent was rushed to the Port-of-Spain General Hospital where she was pronounced dead at around 12:26 am on August 14.
An autopsy was scheduled to be performed yesterday.
